OUR COVID-19 COMMITMENT

Fleurieu Wellbeing values the health and wellbeing of our clients, staff, practitioners and the communities in which we live, work and play. As a frontline health and wellbeing service, we deliver evidenced-based best-practices under the current recommendations and public health orders of each state and territory in Australia.

We realise that things are changing quickly and that it’s important to be able to find good clear information about COVID-19.  We have collected as much information as possible for our clients, people with disability and their carers in one place.

We continue to offer face-to-face appointments that adhere to the public health orders in place in your region. Fleurieu Wellbeing also specialises in quality provision of telehealth support by phone or secure online video link.

COVID POLICY

Hygiene and Physical Distancing

For clients who require in person support, we take extra measures to reduce exposure risks. These include (but are not limited to):

  1. Maintaining a distance of 1.5 metres between people during face-to-face appointments.

  2. Using contactless payments and forms where possible

  3. Making masks and hand sanitiser available

  4. Observing recommended coughing and sneezing etiquette

  5. Frequent handwashing with soap and water

  6. No hand-shaking

Ventilation Requirements

Adequate ventilation must be maintained within the service environment.

Personal Protective Equipment

We respect the rights of practitioners and clients to wear PPE at their discretion. In relation to Covid, a surgical mask provides the best protection and is the preferred option.

Our Covid-19 Service Agreement

Our service agreement, which is available to you prior to engaging services with us, outlines specified Covid related protocols inline with Health Regulation Requirements.
